Welcome to our November update. With the weather turning autumnal, many of us will be heading for the workshop rather than the garden! Having majored on narrow gauge inventory in our last bulletin it is time we brought you a few recent Gauge 1 arrivals. Talking of Gauge 1, it was a pleasure to see so many of you at the G1MRA Show & AGM in Darlington a couple of weeks ago, we hope you enjoyed the weekend during the Stockton &n Darlington bicentenary period.

Aster SR Battle of Britain Class 4-6-2 No. 21C152 Lord Dowding, SR lined malachite green, 1:32 scale, wooden carry case. Recently overhauled and pronounced an exceptionally good runner, the locomotive has sustained a small area of scorched paintwork on the boiler cladding – just like the real thing! Hence the price reflects its condition – £3250.00

Accucraft Southern Pacific ‘Cab Forward’ 4-8-8-2 No. 4274, 1:32 scale with original boxes. A model of one of the most unusual solutions to a steep railroad with single bore tunnels! The Accucraft model is a superb reproduction of the SP monster and comes with its original boxes. Some minor blemishes so near offer will be considered – £11,750.00
