The Ashover Set, Mike Beeson Baldwin 4-6-0PT Joan, Ashover coach, Wembley coaches (2) & WD bogie wagon. A unique and exceptional collection of work by a talented model engineer, the set comprises an Ashover Light Railway Baldwin 4-6-0PT in Ashover crimson, carrying the name Joan, an Ashover Gloucester C&WW coach made of individually cut parts with working doors and droplights, two of the semi-open coaches from the Wembley Exhibition ‘Never Stop’ railway and a WD ‘D’ class bogie open wagon. The set hasn’t run for some years and, since it is in ‘used’ condition, would benefit from some TLC, all set to 45mm gauge.
